1. Consultation – Understanding Your Unique Needs

We begin with a detailed consultation to review your medical history, fertility treatment plan, and any other relevant factors. This allows me to design a treatment that aligns with your specific journey and optimizes your body’s natural balance.

2. Personalised Treatment Plan

Based on your individual needs (and your partner’s, if applicable), I create a customized reflexology schedule that integrates seamlessly with your medical fertility plan. This supports both your physical and emotional well-being, promoting relaxation and balance throughout the process.

3. Pregnancy Success – The Crucial First Trimester

Once you receive the wonderful news, I recommend pausing reflexology treatments during the first trimester. This is a delicate stage where your body is naturally adjusting, and your baby is implanting and growing. Giving your body time to settle is key.

4. Second Trimester (From 13 Weeks Onwards)

From the second trimester, treatments can resume to support your changing body. Reflexology can help relieve pregnancy-related discomforts, such as swelling, back pain, stress, and digestive issues, while promoting overall well-being for both you and your baby.

5. Reflexology for Labour Preparation

As you near your due date, I tailor reflexology sessions to help prepare your body for labour. Over the years, I have assisted nearly 300 mothers in having a positive, empowered birth experience through natural techniques that support the body’s birthing process.
